When it is winter, we see grey skys ,white snow and not much color. This simple little craft will brighten up your home any winter season!


Start off your snowflake with a small square of paper towel.
( about a quarter of a full piece of paper towel.) Place a roll of ducktape or masking tape onto the square and draw a circle around it to make a perfect circle. 


 Cut it out.

 Fold the full circle in half.
 Fold that half in half to make a quarter of a circle.
 Fold the quarter in half one more time to make an eighth.
  Cut triangles and shapes out of the eighth.
 Next dab water color paints on to the eighth where ever you want. 

Here is the fun part. When it is dry, unfold your masterpiece to reveal a beautiful and colorful snowflake!!



Hang it up! They look wonderful in windows!!
